New Beginnings aims to provide first class outstanding care achieved through outstanding care and respect to our clients. We provide services which safeguard and promote the health welfare and quality of life of vulnerable young people living independently in our accommodation. We can make it happen and we are the one who makes a difference.

Respecting and listening to clients’ comments and grievances and their representative to develop improve services.

To allow responsible individual to continuously monitor, evaluate and develop good practices through quality assurance system.

Quality Assurance

• Induction period for all staff is a period of seven days including shadowing.

 

• Essential training including mandatory training.

 

• Staff should supply two checkable references before employment commences.

 

•  Staff to obtain a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
