Amra Naveed
(Director and Quality Assurance Manager)
Amra has over 5 years’ experience working in social care. Having previously worked at Bright Secure Future Limited for Supported Accommodation and Care provider for 3 years as a Deputy Care and Accommodation Manager supporting young people, as well as being accounts manager. Amra’s roles at New Beginnings Support and Accommodation includes monitoring performance in relevant areas, taking actions to communicate, advise, assist according to performance levels and co-ordinating the administrative functions of the organisation. Amra develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource systems, timescales, financial, business plan and long-strategy, including maintaining communication with external bodies and integrate with internal management systems. Amra implementation business planning and financial monitoring strategy and management of business analysis and liaising with stock market and business press, doing cost saving budget and targeting, managing purchasing, information systems, services, evaluation, and recommendations of the business finances. Amra is involved in recruitment and retaining of staff, time sheets management and pay roll system, internal trainings of staff and facilitating meetings, ensuring enough staff with suitable skills, experience, and knowledge to deliver safe care and maintain a high-quality service. Amra plans and manage service users’ activities in accordance to agreed budgets and timescales. Amra sets and execute company responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards and environmental responsibilities.
Staff Qualifications

Should reach level 2 Diploma within 12-24 months of employment.
